Painting
Outside of engineering, I spend my free time drawing and painting. I've painted since I was very young, and acrylics have continued to be my primary medium. You can click any image to see more about the piece.
I've painted wooden eggs, shoes, and canvas bags as gifts through the years. In college, I took part in an OSHA scaffolding training session and helped paint the three-story mural that now decorates the Latino/a Student Cultural Center at Northeastern University. I also completed Acrylic Painting and Landscape Painting classes at the Museum of Fine Arts while I lived in Fenway.
More recently, I've become an artist member of the Belmont Art Association. I was selected to paint an outdoor utility box as part of the "Transforming Belmont 2024" Public Art Project, and I subsequently had two paintings shown at the Belmont Gallery of Art.
